FASST Foundations Class

FASST Foundations takes a different approach by attacking weaknesses rather than focusing only on strengths. A common problem athletes face is becoming faster, bigger, and stronger but never refining the mechanics to slow down and stop. Imagine driving a race car with worn out brakes. An accident might not happen immediately but it will eventually. Do not be an injury waiting to happen!

When: April 9th-May 9th (10 sessions) Monday/Wednesday’s from 6-7pm
Who: Athletes 10 and up
