Summer Intensive Program
This intensive training program is essential for any athlete who is participating in a fall sport. Athletes will work on the following areas:
- Energy System Training
- Speed Development
- Strength, power, and explosion training
- Footwork & Agility
- Jumping Technique and Plyometrics
This session is tailored towards the college athlete and serious high school athlete looking to work with other serious athletes in an intense environment. Space is limited so register Today!
When: June 8th thru August 10th 5:00-6:00pm/6:00pm-7:00pm.
Cost: 18 sessions = $395 24 sessions = $480
