THE COMPANY

FASST Performance is an often imitated but never duplicated athletic performance center that is dedicated to training the serious athlete. Since 2001 we have created performance programs that have kept our athletes ahead of the competition.  We specialize in helping our athletes improve their speed, strength, agility, and power.  With our guidance, our athletes have gone on to play various sports at the collegiate and professional levels. Athletes who participate gain access to:

  •          State of the art training equipment
  •          Proprietary strength training software
  •          Professional Strength and Conditioning Coaches
  •          Age and skill appropriate strength, speed, and agility programs
  •          Over a decade of creating scholarship level athletes

Jason Brader

Entrepreneur, Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Inventor

I have been involved in athletics my entire life. First as an All-American football player at Muhlenberg College and then as a coach upon graduation. My passion has been working with people and helping them reach their full potential. I taught psychology and sports psychology for 8 years while I built my business FASST Performance. During this time I worked with many high level athletes including 18 track and field state champions, All-State performers in multiple sports, and professional athletes.I am a sought after motivational speaker and featured guest on ESPN radio.
